Rivers in hit and run needs orthopedic surgery

Hi, im Anna, and my dad went to take my dog out and was leashing him when thunder spooked him and he ran. He was hit and animal control suspects he was in the road for hours until a good Samaritan found him. He's currently at Guardian veterinary hospital in Brewster ny with multiple pelvic fractures and a fractured vertebrae. We're looking at a $10,000 surgery. I'm a college student and my dad spends his paychecks on bills, we don't have this kind of money. I'll have to take out a loan if worst comes to worst. Any money at all is appreciated, and I'm praying he'll pull through and be back to his happy self. I love him too much to lose him
