Roger Rangai’s medical expenses

My dad has been really sick for about two weeks. He was taken to urgent care on January 8th and diagnosed with Covid. He went again on the 9th, and then they told him he has Covid-pneumonia. The doctors said they were out of medicine for Covid pneumonia, and that there wasn’t anything they could do. On Wednesday, the 12th, he got up in the morning and was having a hard time breathing. They called the ambulance and he was taken to the ER. Again, the doctors told him the same thing and sent him home. Some friends recommended a doctor in Illinois that has very high success rate with treating Covid-pneumonia patients. So it was decided to take him up there to get treated. He saw the doctor and took his first treatment on Friday. The doctor diagnosed him with severe Covid and double pneumonia. He was put on the “hot” list (which basically means he’s one of the worst patients.) He is on oxygen pretty much full time and needs full time monitoring. Doctor said he will need to be here several weeks. He is expected to have to take treatments multiple times a week. Medical expenses are expected to be high, and people have been wondering how they could help, so we decided to start a Go-fund-me page. We are grateful for anyone who chooses to give. God bless you!!
