Roxy my dog's life saving surgery

Hi, my name is Wesley. My best friend and companion Roxy My goofy dog has unfortunately had a serious ear infection arise in her right ear. She desperately needs a surgery that will save her life. The surgery is around $7, 000 thus my intense need for monetary help. The infection turned into an abscess that ruptured and made her whole head blow up like a balloon. I have gotten it drained and I'm keeping the infection at bay with seven different very expensive medications. Anything anyone can chip in on her surgery would be immensely appreciated.
