Sacha Cox

Hi all, we are Maz and Chris Cox, we are raising funds for our beautiful 3yr old nephew Sacha, who sadly passed away 5th June.

Sacha was born with a very rare immune deficiency called NEMO. It causes major abnormalities of the immune system but can affect many parts of the body, particularly the skin, hair, teeth and brain.

Sacha spent a lot of his life in Great Ormond Street hospital in London, undergoing multiple surgeries and procedures. Through all of this he never lost his smile and his cheeky nature.

Whilst staying in the hospital one of Sacha’s favourite parks to go to was Russell Square.

He enjoyed the wildlife, watching the water fountain and touching every tree.

Sacha’s time with us sadly ended too soon, but his cheeky smile will never be forgotten. We would like to raise money to place a memorial bench in Russell Square, in Sacha’s memory.

This will be a great place for Sacha’s loved ones to go and spend time where so many good memories were made.
