Sammy the Can man Alice springs

Hi Everybody, Most of you will know of or seen Sam Around Alice Springs. He drives his ute around collecting cans to make a little bit of a living. Unfortanetly sam suffered a heart attack 3 weeks ago and was admitted in to alice springs hospital where he was waiting to be transfered to darwin for surgery. He was eventually Flown to Darwin via RFDS. He has undergone surgery and is recovering slowly. While sam is laid up in hospital very Unwell, People have decided to break in to his Unit on Head st in northside and steal and smash everything of value. The place looks like its been hit by a tornado and there seems to be blood and other bodily fluids all over the place including on his bed. All the things sam had of sentimental and monetary value have been stolen or smashed. Housing have boarded up all the windows that have been smashed and will replace the locks on the doors but there will be a big cleanup to do aswell as helping sam replace some of the items he has lost. Any help will be appreciated in helping sam be able to come home to a liveable enviorment. Alice springs sam really needs you at this time. Any donation will be very much appreciated.
