Any additional donations will be donated to CureNFwithJack to support research toward finding a cure for NF.
What many of you already know is that Neurofibromatosis (NF) is a very complex genetic disorder that manifests itself in a myriad of ways. Originally diagnosed at two years old, Jack Burke has a brain tumor, a plexiform neurofibroma in his left orbital area, and a NEWLY discovered plexiform neurofibroma in his right orbital area. Like many others, Jack suffers from low muscle tone and some gross motor skill challenges. Despite all of that and through his courage and determination, Jack persists and lives his life.
Jack exemplifies the spirit of our NF Heroes. Having bravely faced a long NF fight, including a number of surgeries, he is tough in the face of adversity, tenacious in his medical journey, and compassionate towards others facing difficulties.
In the 11 years since his diagnosis, Jack has inspired thousands of people to join him in the fight to end NF and helped raise over $1 million toward research benefiting others living with neurofibromatosis.
Now...we ask for your support to surprise Jack, his brother Luke, and his dad Jake to attend Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta and hopefully witness Tom Brady's last Super Bowl.
P.S. - Tom, the Burke family wants a win on Sunday, but the rest of the country wishes that you'll hang up your cleats for good.
