Update: Surgery is this Tuesday April 30th. Please pray my bones will be strong and no amputations will be needed. Love you all!

My name is Shari Boylan. Most of you know I have been struggling with my health for quite some time. I am currently facing the possibility of an amputation of my left leg below the knee if I cannot get the wound on my foot to heal. I have been trying to heal this for several years now. Currently I am fighting an intense bacteria that has me on atleast 3 months of strong I.V. antibiotics. I am having surgery in few weeks and will most likely lose my big toe. If it doesn't heal after surgery then we will have to amputate the leg. I am hoping to avoid this possibility by allowing my body to heal. This requires me to be non-weight bearing for quite some time. Since I live in a remote area mostly dirt and gravel I will need an electric all-terrain scooter to get around. These are more expensive to obtain. As I am unable to work and my husband is currently out of work I am humbly requesting help to make this happen. Please don't feel obligated but I am grateful for your prayers on my behalf. My thanks to all of you!

Update 4/18/2024: Pre-op appts went well. So far surgery is a go for April 30th to remove a good amount of hardware. If you please ... will you pray that my bones will be strong and no amputations will be needed. Thank you!
