Ariel and I have been friends for 25 years. Her entire family has seen so much loss in the last year. Upon unexpectedly losing their father Joe in December last year, Vicki lost her life in a tragic car accident on Thursday September 26, 2019.
Unfortunately, no will was left and they are now seeking an attorney to guide them through a lengthy and difficult process. Ariel is also seeking guardianship of her brother, Alex.
It can take up to a year to gain access to any of Vicki’s property or accounts, placing the burden and responsibility on Vicki’s children. They’ll be responsible for mortgage payments, school tuition, the funeral services and all of life’s expenses.
