Snohomish Shuttle Service Needs a New Bus!

Hi, my name is Sarah Dylan Jensen, and I am fundraising for Bill & Erin Webster of Snohomish Shuttle Service.

As many of you know, I run several local farmers markets, including the Lake Stevens Harvest Market. Traffic and parking can be some of the biggest barriers to our community enjoying our local events and Bill & Erin saw a need and came up with a solution when they created Snohomish Shuttle Service. Many who know the Websters know that they give their hearts to our communities - be it through Kla Ha Ya Days, the Snohomish Food Bank or any other amazing endeavors that make our communities special. Any tips or monies made through the Shuttle Service are always donated to a local food bank or charity organization.

For the Lake Stevens Harvest Market, Bill & Erin offered up their shuttle service for FREE to help alleviate traffic and parking issues so our small, local businesses could find success at the event and customers could come freely with out the stress of parking. Bill's father, Jeff, was our amazing driver. Any tips or monies from this event were donated to the Lake Stevens Community Food bank. In one of the final shuttle runs of the event, the Shuttle bus was T-boned in an intersection close to the event. There were passengers on board, but thankfully nobody was injured. The bus, however, is likely to be totaled and not reparable.

While insurance and claims can cover some, it is likely that full costs will not be recouped by the Websters. They have already committed to other local events that may now be in jeopardy of having a shuttle service. Bill and Erin give their hearts in everything they do, it's time that our communities show them the love and support that they show us. Let's help them get another bus up and running as soon as possible.
