We launched #Solidarity4Service to help service industry, gig, contract, part-time, and freelance workers impacted by COVID-19. Many people in these industries have lost their only source of income and are wondering how they’ll make rent and pays bills.
Whether you are a former service industry worker (like us) or someone who can’t stand the thought of your barista going into debt to pay for groceries, you can do something to help right now. We hope you’ll take some of the money that you would have spent out in the city and give it directly to someone in need.
This is the general fund that we will randomly distribute to registered participants on a weekly basis. If you would like to give directly to a person, please go back to our website and choose a recipient.
