Stand with Carolyn in Her Loss

Hello! My name is Stephanie Oxendine and I'm starting this fund raiser for my Dear Aunt Carolyn. My Cousin Ray Frank Bliss "Frankie" has been missing since June 5th 2024. Last night we received the news they found his truck and body in Citrus County. The family asks for time to grieve as this is a TRAGIC loss for the entire Bliss family!! This is my poor Aunt Carolyn's fourth child out of 5 she's had to bury! She also lost her husband Ray just 2 short years ago! Frankie was known by many and will be missed terribly
