Fellow brother, Chuck Paynter, a dedicated member of IATSE Local 917, has been facing a tough battle against Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer since October 2023. Chuck has shown incredible strength and resilience throughout his journey, undergoing chemotherapy and surgery to combat this relentless disease. Despite the challenges, Chuck's spirit remains unbroken, and he is gearing up to start a year of immunotherapy in June.

Chuck is not just a fighter; he's a beloved friend to many, colleague, and family man who is always willing to lend a helping hand. His positive attitude and unwavering determination inspire all who know him.

Unfortunately, Chuck has been unable to work since April 18th due to his surgery, adding financial strain to an already difficult situation.
