Statue Still (horror game project)

I'm Rik (Muddy Dragon) and my friend is Corey, we're both games with big ideas but we're both out of work. I have a disabled son so I work from home as a freelance writer, I'm also an artist and author and YouTuber. Corey is also out of work and seeking employment, he's also a YouTuber. I'll put our links in later.

After playing a broken horror game, I told Corey we need to work on our own as these Slender Man rip-offs are not fun and they're clearly not scary. After a few minutes, we brainstormed and started forming ideas for our own horror game. We agreed it would have a prologue to show off one character and the villain who will be coming after you. The main game will be a short experience as neither of us have much experience with game development.

This project is a stepping stone for us to show what we can create. Your funding goes towards buying any assets we need for the project, and any animation assistance we may require along the way. As well as paying towards marketing too. While we can reveal some of the game, the mechanics behind the enemy will remain a secret until the demo is released and you can figure it out yourself.
