Sugars hip replacement surgery

Hi my name is Sugar. I am a little over 1 year old and I was rescued from a breeder. Before my hoomans found me I was locked in a kennel day and night. I wasn't important to the breeders because I could not be bred due to my health issues. I was born with severe hip dysplasia. So bad that my hip is not even fully connected to my left leg. I hop along on 3 legs just fine but it hurts and will only get worse as I age. My hoomans wanted to save me from my terrible situation but can not afford the full hip replacement surgery I need. If you can help in any way I would be so grateful! I want to run and play like the other dogs and live a long happy life with my hoomans who saved me. Anything helps! Thank you!!!
