Support Anna's lacrosse journey

Anna has been selected as a travelling reserve for Team England at the Lacrosse World Championships in Baltimore, USA and for Great Britain at the World Games in Alabama, USA this summer. Attending the World Championships has been her dream since she started playing almost 17 years ago.

 

Although she is part of the England squad, there is no official funding in place. All costs, including kit, equipment, training venues, tours, tournaments and more fall to Anna which puts a massive strain on her ability to continue playing.

 

This year itself will cost Anna around £9,000 for the World Championships and World Games and all the training that comes with both events. Anna will be flying to the World Championships on 25th June and then straight onto the World Games on 10th July. More details on both tournaments can be found on the links below.

 

Our whole family have watched her train tirelessly every day, as well as seen her overcome huge obstacles such as an ACL operation and long covid. We really believe she deserves this opportunity and are looking for your kind support, however big or small, to help her with this.
