Support Connor in receiving a Bemer

We are looking for assistance in any way possible to help Connor and his family raise funds to support him in purchasing a medical device to help reduce pain and improve his day to day mobility and function.

I have been working with Connor and his family recently to provide care for a recent head injury, that has caused his condition to worsen, through the use of a medical device called a Bemer. A Bemer is a grade 2 medical device that produces an electromagnetic frequency that improves capillary function.

In the short time I have know Connor I have seen what a light and inspiration he is and how much he cares for others and nature. It is my hope to return this kindness by allowing him and his family the opportunity to have a Bemer in their home for daily use.

Connor was diagnosed with epilepsy at one month old and suffered up to 500 myoclonic seizures per day. By two they changed to complex partial and by six, they were under control with the odd complex partial or absence. Onward to high school - none or the very very rare absence (so small it was hard to say) and by grade 12 - nothing & still to today they were able to get the seizures under control. He is also diagnosed with high functioning autism. Connor suffered a concussion and back injury in 2014 in a heroic effort to stop a gate from falling on his other coworkers. He has since struggled with sever head pain and more episodes.

Here are some words from Connor on how the Bemer has helped him:

“Every day I have nausea, dizziness and headaches and it’s anywhere from 4 out of 10 to 10 out of 10 and sometimes 20 out of 10. The Bemer helped me relax for bed and helped with my sleep.

The Bemer opened stuff in my brain more than there’s been before my brain got skunked because of the injury.

I can feel more electricity moving through my brain I can feel the electricity like when you hear the electricity going through wires there’s a buzz and you can tell they’re working that’s how I feel.

My brain is my main fuse and the Bemer helps it work better. Sometimes I am exhausted at the end of the day. I feel foggy. The Bemer helps me feel less foggy and it’s relaxing.

I do also use THC and the Bemer and the THC help me sleep better.”
