Marino John’s Memorial Fund

In November of 2023, we received the difficult news that our dad needed to leave the island for a critical heart surgery. However, despite our best efforts, obstacles prevented him from getting the care he needed off-island.
Thankfully, he was able to spend his final months at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Even in the face of his own struggles, Dad never stopped thinking about others. He constantly worried about how we would cope after he was gone, right up until his last day.
This was the kind of person Dad was—selfless, kind, and always thinking of others. One of his final wishes was to be laid to rest here on Guam, the place he called home. With the support and generosity of those around us, we hope to honor his wishes
We are grateful for your love, support, and help in laying him to rest, fulfilling the final wish of a truly one of a kind man on October 25, 2024.
