Support for Brenda Dolan's Final Journey

Hi, I have stated this GoFundme on behalf of two dear friends, Michael Dolan, and Tim Dugas, who have lost their sister and life mate Brenda Dolan.

The following is her story in the words of her brother Michael:

Hello Friends,

My beloved sister Bren fought the long and hard battle of Liver Cancer.

She passed away on Saturday, June 22nd at 5:55 PM, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

Her Life Partner of over 22 years, Timmy Dugas, and myself, month after month, day by day, minute by minute, we were with her to the end.

Within her last few hours we both comforted her, holding her hand and talking about the wonderful life we had lived with her.

We told her everything we ever wanted to say to her, which was everything, I'm sure, she wanted and needed to hear.

With less strain showing on her face, she seemed to have been comforted by our words. Moments later, she was gone..

I'll never forget that earlier that day, in a very faint voice, she said, "Where's the doctor with the spaceship"? As you can see, she still had her sense of humor.

We created this GoFundme page in hopes that her friends, family, and loved ones could help us out with expenses incurred during this time of need. ANY help is greatly appreciated.
