Support for Candy's Last Journey

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved mom, Candy Blum Jansen, on June 26th, 2024, at the young age of only 50. She fought a brave battle against stage 4 cancer for many months, displaying strength and grace throughout her journey. After being told her that her treatment was actually helping stop the cancer, it suddenly progressed so suddenly that we were left with little time to make the necessary preparations for her final wishes.

In her last days, Mom expressed a desire to be laid out with a beautiful blonde wig and her makeup done, with Stairway to Heaven playing in the background, and then to be cremated. These wishes were a reflection of her vibrant spirit and how she wanted to be remembered. Unfortunately, due to the rapid progression of her condition, we were unable to prepare for these expenses in advance.

I am reaching out for your support to help fulfill Mom’s final wishes and give her the modest but meaningful farewell she deserves. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards covering these costs and easing the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time.
