Support for Disabled Parent's Rising Bills and eviction

I am raising money to help pay my bills that keep going higher and higher because we're I live they are not fixing anything my son has medical issues an service dog and I am disabled it's 85 degrees inside and 97 outside I have an eviction notice and they refuse to fix anything especially air conditioning for my son and his health issue my electric bill was almost $700 and as u can see in picture this is what it stays on everyday to receive barley anything for my me an his service dog they told me that is normal and there isn't anything they else they can do refuses to help pay my electric bill and we are stuck in our bedroom every day and night due to my sons medical conditions and meds he takes he is instructed not to play out in the code orange heat.. i lost my car because of them call me in to get the apartment said we could move in if I got lights and gas turn on.. that same day I pawn my car tittle so me and my son and dog could receive our keys and move in from being homeless and sleep in my car day and night they refused to let us move in and gave out other people keys to move in there.. so they made us sleep 15 more days till some other lady come back from vacation and new were supposed to move in the day utility's were turn on and ever since we have moved in from the streets there is so much including central air and heat 1 Year ago today has not been working and other issues i reported stuff stolen from me and my son if I ask for help they have some thing to say about everything or I am in violation because of me as a single mother of one boy gets threatened by uses of words and I don't know what else to do about none of this am scared we will be put in the streets I am behind on my rent because I live on fix income and I am still paying on high gas bill and light bill and replacement for food and stuff being stolen from our apartment while away for couple hours.. i am only doing this because of my son health is at risk im afraid of school next year for him as well they kicked him out for over a month because 4 kids were bulling him and he didn't want to fight them sent home no work ect for whole month nothing done with the 4 bullies ... Anything could help with his breathing 87 inside and 97 to 100 out side there's so much more but I am so afraid of speaking up for help but this is emergency and I don't know what else to do please and and God bless
