Support for Don's Memorial Service

Dear Colleagues,

Some of you may be aware that Donnel (Don) Wilson, a member of our Jani King cleaning service recently passed away. He was responsible for caring for our LWR Administration, Rand Administration, and Tidewell Foundation office buildings to ensure we had a clean space to work from each and every day. If you had the pleasure of knowing Don, or even speaking with him on occasion, you know how unbelievably kind he was. He always took the time to say hello and ask how you were doing.

Don’s memorial service was held on June 1st. Given that his family members could not afford to pay for his service, his co-worker, Shirley Howard stepped in to make sure he had the service and burial he deserved. Shirley supports the Tidewell mission by attending our Annual Tidewell Signature Luncheon, yearly and we want to support her too. Jonathan and I will be donating to this colleague to assist with the $1,600 cost she was so kind to cover for his family. If you would like to assist us in reimbursing Shirley for her amazing generosity towards Don’s family, at least in part, we welcome a contribution of $5, $10, $15, $20, or whatever your heart is called to give.
