Support for Kinsley's Family in Tragic Times

Hi everyone, my best friend Samantha Byrd and her husband Billy Hardy have gone through the greatest tragedy a parent should never have to go through. Their 6-year-old daughter Kinsley Rose Hardy passed away Friday morning, May 31st. Kinsley was seen on May 28th at United Regional. She was running high fevers, vomiting, and just not feeling good. They wrote it off as a UTI and sent them back home. Then on Thursday, Sam took her back. She went into 2 full-blown seizures, the first one lasted 2 minutes then right into another one. They said she was going septic and her liver and kidneys were abnormal from an infection, but could not tell them whether it was the UTI or not because they didn't even know.

They then went to all kinds of medication, antibiotics, x-rays until they pick lined her stomach. She went septic, she was bleeding out from a hematoma that the other hospital did to her when they put the pick line in. They decided to life flight. When they got to the other hospital she coded and her heart stopped. They did CPR for 20 minutes, got her back and it happened 3 times, she was brain dead shortly after. She isn't suffering anymore, she's watching over us. I just don't know what to even say or feel right now.

Her family was not prepared to bury their baby girl. So, I ask even if you cannot donate, SHARE, please just share their story. Anything helps at this point.
