Support for Sebastopol Library Manager's Fight

I have been wrongfully terminated from my job at the Sebastopol Regional Library.
I have loved every minute of being the branch manager of the Sebastopol Regional Library for nearly 12 years. The work at the library has been my dream job. I care deeply about the services being offered and providing access to information.
Over the past year, the Sonoma County Library has violated my employment rights in many ways. Firstly, I served a ten day unpaid suspension as retaliation for exercising my First Amendment rights. Secondly, I endured disparate treatment and daily undue criticism that damaged my mental health and sent me on leave for 3 months. Thirdly, upon my return, I faced an investigation that cost taxpayers a lot of money, but found fictions and trivial matters. My ADA accommodations were never taken seriously and my reports of retaliation and disability discrimination were ignored. On June 20, I was informed of intent to dismiss me from my job. On September 12, I was formally dismissed.
This termination is a wrongful termination. I am asking for help raising money for a lawyer to fight the termination and file a civil suit regarding the violations of my rights.
At this time, the legal defense of my rights are pending the conclusion of the arbitration process. Any funds gathered will be used on legal activities, and to support my family while I work toward reinstatement of my career.
Thank you.
