Hello there! I crossed paths with Gihan over a decade ago through the internet. Our initial online conversations eventually turned in a face-to-face meeting in 2016, when my wife and I were travelling in Sri Lanka. Gihan left an incredible impression on us with his unmatched kindness and warm-heartedness. He went above and beyond to show us the best that Sri Lanka had to offer, assisting us with accommodations and becoming a genuinely dependable and trustworthy friend.

Even today, we maintain frequent contact, and I've always appreciated the significant impact he's had on my personal life. Now, he stands on the verge of launching his own hostel in the beautiful town of Ella, an opportunity that will allow him to make a meaningful contribution to the community he holds dear, creating opportunities, and showcasing the very best of Sri Lanka. I believe it's high time to give back and raise awareness for his project.
