Since 1970, the Institute of Chinese Culture (ICC) in Houston has been a beacon of learning and cultural understanding. We specialize in bringing the vibrant world of Chinese language and culture to our community, serving a diverse range of students from young children to adults.

Our Mandarin immersion preschool caters to the curious minds of students aged 18 months to 5 years, providing a nurturing environment for early language acquisition and cultural immersion. The Saturday Language School extends this learning journey for students aged 4 to 18, offering an enriching curriculum that goes beyond language to embrace the full spectrum of Chinese culture.

Recognizing the timeless value of cultural education, we also provide Chinese language classes for adults. These courses are designed to open doors to new cultural perspectives and enhance personal and professional growth.

Beyond language, ICC is proud to offer a variety of extracurricular programs including reading, math, arts, music, and robotics classes, as well as the Junior Achievement program. These initiatives complement our language courses, fostering well-rounded development and a deeper appreciation of cultural diversity.

Despite our tuition-based model, the operational costs of running such expansive and quality programs exceed the fees we collect. There remains a significant funding gap that we strive to fill through donations.
