In Loving Memory of Joe Miller

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Joe Miller. For those of you who aren't aware, Joe had surgery for a brain tumor and wasn't able to recover from the procedure. He passed away quietly on Wednesday night, June 26, 2024.

Joe was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. If you had the pleasure of knowing Joe, you knew how humorous, giving, and kind he was. During his 76 years, Joe lived a full and colorful life. He was a good friend to many, a passionate dancer and performer, a talented mechanic, knife aficionado, archery teacher, and a spinner of yarns who told some of the best (and worst) jokes ever known to man. And he's probably the one person any of us know who actually went to Clown College (yes, there is such a thing and that's what helped Joe land a job as a clown and acrobat for the Barnum and Baily Circus).

We are setting up this fund to cover his cremation (approx. $1100-$1200) as well as a Celebration of Life part (approx. $500) that will be held later this summer in Colorado. Of course, you will all be invited.

"We" in this case are the Allen-Morley family (Jim, Carole, Shandra, Armando, and Noah). We hosted Joe in our home for several years in Ft. Collins and have always thought of him as "Uncle Joe". It is our honor to help with Joe's end-of-life needs. Thank you for anything you can contribute.
