My name is Ezzat Ashour, and I’m reaching out for help in the wake of unimaginable devastation. For over 200 days, my homeland of Gaza has been in war, leaving me and countless others without homes, work, or even basic necessities like food and water. Amidst the chaos, I’ve been forced to flee six times, seeking safety wherever I can find it. Now, I find myself living in a makeshift tent, struggling to survive each day.

The Israeli genocide on Gaza has left me and my community in dire circumstances. With no steady income and limited resources, providing even a single meal has become an insurmountable challenge. Every day is a battle for survival, and the lack of access to clean water only exacerbates our plight. The basic human right of nourishment has become a luxury we can scarcely afford.
