Dear friends,
Our restaurant family is a passionate, hardworking and dedicated team. We put our heart and soul into our craft, the hospitality business. Together, we strive to deliver our guests a creative, beautiful and memorable dining experience.
I'm sure many of you have celebrated birthdays, first dates, anniversaries, wedding showers to name a few at one, if not all 3 of our locations
We as a team work hard to make sure we provide the best. But now, unfortunately, with the recent Covid19 pandemic and mandatory closings, we had to make a hard decision and lay off over 60 employees from all of our 3 restaurants: Brine Oyster Bar, Ceia Kitchen and Bar & Oak and Rowan. A large number of our employees live paycheck to paycheck and I consider it an obligation to help the members of my family who will struggle until they are able to return to work.
Now is the time we need you more than ever. Any and all donations will go directly to our hourly employees, this includes: line cooks, prep cooks, oyster shuckers, captains, dishwashers, reservationists, front and back waiters. I’m forever grateful for any generosity that you could show.
