Support Richard Adams' Road to Recovery

Dear Friends and Community,

On June 14, 2024, my life took an unexpected turn due to a serious accident involving a semi-truck. The impact resulted in a burst fracture on my L1 and L2 vertebrae, and initially, there were fears that I might be paralyzed following the necessary surgery. Fortunately, I have been incredibly fortunate in my recovery. Thanks to the skilled medical team and my own determination, I have regained full movement in both my legs and arms, and I am grateful to report no brain injury.

While I am thankful for the progress I've made, the road to recovery still presents challenges. I am now facing substantial medical bills, insurance deductibles, and the ongoing costs of necessary equipment and daily expenses during my time away from work. The journey ahead involves continued medical care, physical therapy, and adjustments to support my healing process.
