Scotty passed away on Saturday June 15, 2024 at the young age of 37. He was born in Berkeley, California to Scott Shawnego Sr. and Allison Shawnego. Scotty has three sisters, Vanessa, Michelle and Veronica.

Scotty grew up in Alameda playing in many competitive sports teams, such as, baseball, basketball, football, and even had fun playing golf. If there was a game to play, Scotty was taking the lead and sharing his love of the game to all those around him.
