Support the Rosado Rodriguez Maisonet Family in Their Loss

Elias Rosado Rodriguez was born on April 8, 1942 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. He was the eldest child in his family. During his late adolescence he relocated to Staten Island, NY and later moved his way to Haverhill, MA. Here in Haverhill at the 2nd Spanish Church he would meet the woman that became his wife (Maria). Within the next three years of marriage he became father of Rebeca, Natanael, and Elias Manuel. My father Elias Rosado Rodriguez was a hard working man and dedicated to his family. He taught all his children how to swim, how to fish, survival skills in the wild, secret family cooking recipes. He was a light of joy to family and friends with his stories and jokes. He was known as one of the family and friend car mechanics. Always willing to help fix anyone’s car at no cost. Elias Rosado Rodriguez always remained positive even through the chronic health issues. The last couple of years jokingly we would say he lived more on the floor than anywhere else. Between last year and this year he had a couple of surgeries and he would get back up again as the strong man I knew he was. A little over a week ago he fell ill to the point he suffered extensive brain damage which would lead to his passing. We are reaching out to family, friends, and those people out there that are willing and able to help the Rosado, Rodriguez, Maisonet family with whatever you can to say our last goodbye and help with the costs that come when a loved one passes on. Elias Rosado Rodriguez is survived by his wife Maria, three children: Rebeca, Natanael, and Elias Manuel, his siblings Ernesto and Maria, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
