KRAS Gene Mutation

That's what caused my mom's stage 4 nsclc lung cancer. That gene simply mutated into cancer. She doesn't smoke cigarettes.

She just went in because of a cough and now she has lung cancer. Then it quickly spread to her brain and blood and became stage 4. She has started treatments and chemo. And she's signed up for a clinical trial.

Right now, she's tired. But still the same old Mrs Trudy. Our spirits are high

Hey there. My name is Sarah Delaune. And I never thought I'd be here making a gofundme. But here I am. And we need help.

Alot of you know my mom, Trudy Delaune or "Mrs Trudy" . And some of you know that she has just been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

She is a non smoker.

Unfortunately she has a very rare gene mutation that caused this. And we were completely blindsided. Nothing could of prepared us for this. Emotionally, mentally, and financially...

But my mom is a warrior and will fight this cancer.

My mom is the best Nana to her grandson, Bradley, and will be to her newest grandbaby arriving in December. She's our Matriarch. She's my father's caregiver, she loves her animals and takes so much pride in her home and yard. Loves to travel ❤️ She is a good Christian woman and loves our lord and is trusting him right now.

My siblings, Ben, Emily and I still run to her with problems or help. But it's our turn to help her now. And we need your help.. please. We are raising money to go towards her hospital bills. It's the LAST thing she needs to worry about. Anything helps guys... and if you can't give anything, just please keep her in your prayers. I need my mom. We need our mom. My son NEEDS his Nana.
