Support Vera Salameh's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On the evening of Friday, August 30, 2024, at approximately 9 PM, our beloved teammate and friend, Vera Salameh, faced a life-altering tragedy. While crossing the street with a teammate to attend the Crandall Football game, Vera was struck by a truck.
Vera is not just any athlete; she is an elite Middle Blocker for both the Crandall Varsity Volleyball team and the MadFrog East 16 National Team. Her talent, dedication, and spirit have always shone brightly on and off the court. But now, Vera and her family are faced with an unimaginable challenge—a long and difficult road to recovery that will bring with it overwhelming medical expenses.
Vera’s mother, as any loving mother would, refuses to leave her daughter’s side during this critical time. This means a significant loss of income for their family, as the financial burden extends far beyond what FMLA can cover.
As Vera’s volleyball family, we have come together to create this GoFundMe page to support the Salameh family in their time of need. Your generous contributions will help ease the financial strain, allowing Vera’s family to focus solely on her recovery.
We humbly ask for your support in any amount you can offer. Every dollar brings Vera one step closer to recovery and provides her family with the relief they desperately need.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and unwavering support.
