- Hi, my name is Ronnie and I am fund raising to have my sister laid to rest in a respectful and dignified manner. She was murdered at the young age of 20 years old in October 1976 when I was only eight years old. (These are the only few pictures I have of Vicky & I. She's standing behind me in one & next to me at the White House). She went missing from our tight knit home in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been a missing person for 48 years. Our family has had this terrible void of not knowing what happened to our sister and my parents worried until their dying day of not knowing what happened to their daughter. But the mystery has been solved as to her whereabouts. She had been brutally murdered in the state of Illinois about 4 months after she went missing from our home. She was buried as Jane Seneca Doe on Thanksgiving day 1976. Her identity was cloaked in mystery until now. With the help of a dedicated cold case Detective Brandon Johnson of Grundy County Illinois & others, her identity has been identified as our beloved sister and loved one. My wishes now is to go and claim her remains which were exhumed in 2018 for DNA testing which has now lead to this bitter sweet day of now knowing of Vicky's whereabouts & awful fate. I now live in South Carolina and that's where our parents are buried and it is my wish to claim her remains in Illinois then take her to our home church in Cincinnati for a funeral and then take her to South Carolina and bury her with our parents. After all of this time it is my obligation to see that she is reunited even in death with my parents who grieved her missing for so many years.
