Terrible situation for an older person

Hello friends old and new.

I am an 82 year old woman living alone. I am almost completely out of money except for my small social security payments.

I worked really hard, first in restaurants and then for nonprofit organizations, including Greenpeace and the American Heart Association.. I never made a lot of money, but had rewarding work.

I was never a consumer, and always saved money. I didn’t even have a credit card until I was 45. I simply could not save enough to live this long. And the rise in prices, especially in the last few years, has devastated my finances.

Please help me to survive another year. I need $28,000. If I should die before the funds have been spent, they will be donated to environmental, children’s and animal charities.
