The Fletcher Family Needs Our Help!

Dear Friends, Family, Friends of Friends & Family, and anyone who finds this fundraiser and is moved in their heart to contribute in any capacity you are able.

Our dear friends, the Fletcher family, are in need of our help. Denae and Lorenzo Fletcher are Mom and Dad to a beautiful family of 11 children. When we say beautiful, we mean the inside and out kind of beauty - the through and through kind. Their family is a family with a foundation built on Love and kindness, strength, fortitude, and the kind of generosity in their spirit to be the first to answer the call and show up in force for whoever is in need. Right now, they need our help.

This past December, Denae and her son Xavier were in a terrible car accident which resulted in Denae having a severely broken leg. After extensive surgery, wound care treatments and several days in the hospital over the Christmas and New Years holiday for which she missed being with her family, we are so grateful that Denae is now home and healing with her family. This will take time though as she is unable to work for six months while she goes through the therapy needed to heal up to be strong enough to get back up on her feet to walk again.

During the first 2 weeks she returned home after her accident, her other son Eli, suffered from a diabetic episode which rushed him into the intensive care unit at their nearby hospital. There, Eli suffered some complications and was flown to UMMC Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD where he was stabilized and treated for several days. Both medical teams for Denae and Eli have been incredible and we are so happy to know that they are now home and healing up together!

The paperwork is coming in now however and so we are raising funds for their incoming medical bills and everyday expenses while Denae and Eli heal and recover and the family is able to care for them and their home and day-today needs.

So, now we rally. Please help us raise money to ease the financial burden for this wonderful family so that they can focus on healing and getting back on their feet! Every single little bit helps and anything you can contribute will be felt from the bottom of their hearts.... and ours. In addition, we will be holding a fundraiser event at Dark Horse sports bar in Annapolis MD in the coming weeks, in the spirit of coming together and raising more funds. We will update this post with information and details on that soon. In the meantime, we are so very thankful to you for your love and support for our dear Fletcher family. WE THANK YOUUU!
