The Vectors - VEX ROBOTICS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Donation protected
Hello, our names are Jeremy, Hayden, Davin, & Ammon, and we are The Vectors - Oh yeah, baby! - contending in the Vex Robotics World Championship in Dallas, Texas from April 30th to May 3rd. In attendance will be over 800 teams including 59 countries from around the globe!

As a team, we've been working for months to create a robot that would help us achieve our goal of qualifying for the Vex Robotics Worlds competition. Each of us has spent countless hours at home and school, building, programming, and fine-tuning our robot. Additionally, we've recorded minutes in an online notebook we programmed to account for our progress and growth during these meetings.

For many Saturdays, we easily invested 6+ hours in regional competitions to earn a spot in the Utah State Robotics Competition where we hit the mark and ultimately seized victory!

Thanks to our STEM Teacher & Mentor, Mr. Morales, our families, and our team unity, we are excited to take part in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

{A Word From the Vectors}

JEREMY: Going to Vex Worlds is important to me because I want to show what we can do. We built this robot from the ground up and I want to show how far we have come. It's also just amazing to see how far our team has come.

HAYDEN: I am super excited to go to the World Vex Competition. I feel like going to Worlds would help my future in robotics a lot. It would be incredible to be able to add my contribution and participation to applications or resumes.

DAVIN: Getting to the world competition has been a great personal achievement for me and has helped further my engineering and problem-solving skills. Going to worlds would be an experience that I would remember for a lifetime. It would be awesome to see the bot that I have put hours of work into, and lost many hours of sleep working on, performing at the Worlds Competition.

AMMON: The Vex World Competition means a lot to me because of the time we spent on the bot. With the energy and time we've put into this creation - it's amazing to see our bot go the distance. It was propelled by everyone on our team, and we have all bonded and become better friends because of that.

All contributions will be used to sponsor the Vectors in attending The 2023 Vex Robotics World Championship. This may include registration, travel, airfare, hotel, uniform, food, or other necessities. Any surplus will be evenly distributed to Jeremy's, Hayden's, Davin's, and Ammon's college savings accounts.

Thank you so much for your support! We couldn't do this without you!
