Help Ease the Burden for a Grieving Family

Hello, my name is Abby Hanson, and I am a close friend of Jenny Ann Carter. On Tuesday, September 24th, Jenny and her family experienced the heartbreaking loss of their beloved son and brother, Stephon Blanchard.

Stephon was a vibrant and loving 18-year-old who recently graduated from Sheyenne High School in 2024. He was attending North Dakota State University (NDSU), majoring in biology with dreams of becoming a neurologist. Stephon had a deep passion for music and was an avid guitar player. He also loved reading and playing video games, which earned him a full-ride scholarship to college through E-Sports.

The unexpected loss of Stephon has placed a significant financial burden on the family. We are raising funds to help cover the funeral costs and provide some relief during this incredibly difficult time.

The funeral will be Monday September 30th at Living Waters Lutheran Church in South Fargo. Gathering is at 5pm. Service at 6pm.
