To whom it may concern,Mohammed Rizwanul Haque is a 37yrs old patient with End stage renal failure, Father of 2 boys ages 7yrs and 8yrs. He was diagnosed with CKD stage 5 in 2017, and the doctors have recommended a kidney transplantation for his survival. Though the expenses for kidney and blood pressure medicines for monthly is about 12000 LKR alone. The Western hospital quoted us 3500000 LKR in grand total including post surgery and excluding donor and their charges.
