Hello, my name is Alicia and I am creating this to help raise funds for my Tío Jorge’s funeral services.
Jorge lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a caring brother, uncle and friend. Despite being a reserved person, Jorge always had wisdom and advice to share with those that needed it. Regardless of the cards life had dealt him, he always remained positive and in good spirits despite the challenges that laid ahead.
He loved sports, particularly loved watching the Dodgers games. He was an avid Dodgers fan and never missed a game on tv and attended them when he could.

In October 2021 he was diagnosed with heart failure and despite his diagnosis, he fought for 6 months continuing to live the best life he possibly could. During his illness times were pretty rough for him as he was in and out of the hospital and had multiple complications. Among those complications was having his leg amputated which eventually led to kidney failure. On April 28th he was sent home on hospice to be comforted and surrounded by his family and loved ones. On April 30th Jorge peacefully passed in his home surrounded by his family. Jorge will be missed by many, but we are comforted by the fact that he is now resting in peace and pain free. He was strong in faith and strong in his will to live. We take this as one of his many lessons he taught us.
