In the Loving memory of Austin Francis Callahan Camic who departed from this world on May 28, 2023, such a beautiful soul was taken from our family way too soon into God's loving arms. Austin was a wonderful son, brother, Grandson, and nephew who touched the lives around him. At the young age of 29, he passed away very unexpectedly. Austin touched the lives of many despite the challenges he faced as an individual with special needs. Austin lived 29 wonderful years in a very loving, caring, supporting, and encouraging home with his mother Colleen, sister Hannah, and grandmother Sheila. Austin was a remarkable individual whose life was filled with unique qualities and a spirit that touched the hearts of everyone he encountered. Austin’s infectious smile brought joy to those who had the privilege of knowing him. Autism brought its own set of struggles, but it never defined Austin. Instead, it served as a testament to his incredible strength and showcased the capabilities that reside within individuals on the autism spectrum.

The sudden and unexpected death of Austin has left my sister Colleen and our family devastated and struggling to come to terms with the immense loss we have experienced.
