Update Extrication Equipment

Hello I'm Steve Larmour a firefighter EMT for Seeley Lake Rural Fire District. We are a small town in North West Montana. We provide fire and ambulance services for our town and provide assistance for surrounding communities. We are one hour from the nearest hospital so every minute counts. Our department uses surplused extrication tools (Jaws of Life) donated to us over 30 years ago, top of the line equipment in the 1980's. With new vehicle construction and an airport in our town, our tools can no longer meet the task at hand. There have been some fundraisers put on by our community. We are very thankful for the support, but did not raise nearly enough money to update our tools. The three tools we need (Cutter, Spreader/Cutter combination, and Ram) cost approximately $38,500. We are still in need of $30,000. We want to be able to serve our wonderful community the best we possibly can.
