Urgent Aid for Jeff's Critical Medical Needs

My brother Jeff, is 54, lives in Thibodaux. He is married and has 3 young kids, Jesse 14, Pink 6, and Emilee 6 months. Jeff has had a Cerebellar Stroke and has been in ICU since Sunday January 12th. He has lost the ability to move, swallow, talk, see, as well as communicate verbally or through sign language. His brain is swelling and has had a emergency suboccipital craniectomy, which means his doctors had to remove a part of the lower portion of his skull to allow room for the swelling along with adding a EVD (external ventricular drainage) to allow for the drainage of fluid around his brain. Since his last MRI Jeff has suffered 3 more strokes on different parts of his brain. As of now he is intubated and unresponsive, his doctors have informed us that his prognosis is very grave. The only thing they can do for him at the moment is to try to prevent more strokes from happening by give him medication, which because of his recent surgery is extremely dangerous. Unfortunately he doesn’t have insurance.
