Urgent Assistance to Prevent Homelessness

Hey all, it's unfortunate it's come to this, but in September I lost my job and in April my unemployment ran out. I've been living off my (limited) savings, but even that is now running out.

I desperately need help. I'm facing homelessness if I don't make rent for July. I'm basically going to ask for enough to make it through a couple months and hope for the best. $6,000 will cover my rent and my bills for that time period, including groceries, health insurance, car insurance, etc. If I can even make $3,000, which will cover me just for July, that would help tremendously.

I’ve secured a part-time job and am actively looking for full and part-time work. I am also waiting for my substitute teaching license to process in 4 - 6 weeks. I’m going to be putting up ads on Craigslist for tutoring and freelance work as well. I've applied to literally everything from Sam's Club jobs to retail to administrative assistant, grocery produce clerk, etc. Everything. Still haven’t found full-time work. But I'm still looking and applying every day.

I don't know what else to say. I'm terrible at asking for help and feel really embarrassed to be asking. But if you can chip in even $10, I would truly appreciate it. Even sharing this will help.
