Urgent: Chad Webb's Funeral Support Needed

My dad, Chad Webb, passed away and I do not have the cost for his funeral. The state will not cover the funeral expenses. Chad was a huge part of the Oshkosh community. We're trying to raise $5k by tomorrow. I know it’s a fast goal, but this is already hard for me.
