EMERGENCY!!! Union County in South Dakota and North Sioux City, Iowa, have been affected by a devastating flood. More rain is expected through the next

three days! My brother has spent over 1000 out of pocket. (Several northern states also helped supply hay to Texas during our drought and last years fires) There are people still trapped on the 2nd floor of their homes. My brother has a boat but is running fast out of supplies. He and his wife just went to buy food to help! They desperately need help!! Please find it in your hearts to help this devastating situation!! The funds are needed to continue rescuing families still trapped on 2nd floors of homes, gas for boats to do rescue and search, for food, water, temporary shelter, blankets, clothing, etc.
