The AMP system, originally designed to handle minor infractions like parking tickets, is being misapplied here, with fines reaching tens of thousands of dollars. This sets a dangerous precedent for other municipalities and endangers fundamental property rights and civil liberties.

And with real estate values dropping by over 30%, Wainfleet families are left unable to sell their homes, trapped in a cycle of escalating fees and property value loss.
