Dental work needed . ASAP

when I moved to back to Norway in 2006 I had gotten a dental bridge put into my mouth to cover the gap between my top front teeth . Shortly after that is when my burning mouth syndrome began . It’s slowly gotten worse over time . The bridge was outsourced by the dentist who was treating me and the bridge was made in china of all places (cheap gold plating over either platinum or titanium) it was designed to last only a maximum of 5 years

fast forward 5 years . My gum

issues had advanced to stage two and I was given a referral to see a periodontist . I finally saw him in 2016 and begun work on scaling my gums . None of my teeth were loose then and my burning mouth issues not so bad . I cleaned out my savings account for the work . At the same time I had noticed a small bump on my salvia gland on the left side of my mouth . I asked the the guy wha he thought it could be . He told me salvia stones and told me not to worry about it . I stopped treatment on my gums due to running out of money.

the kommunties dentist had said to me until my gums are taken care of , they will refuse all regular cleanings , fillings etc . They were not the only dentist who told me this . So I gave up as I was not in any pain at the time . Three years ago my salvia glands had begun to suddenly disappear and I have yet to discover a cause . Still burning mouth issues but no pain in my teeth . present situation

I have been in a lot of pain with my teeth , my jaw , my ear and intense Migraines . I was given an estimate of around 5 grand three years ago and the guy took two months to gather the paperwork needed so I can apply for financial help to cover the cost . He refused to do any work until he was paid upfront .i had applied for financial aid but I was denied . My mouth constantly feels like it’s on fire . Three of my bottom teeth are loose . My jaw hurts and stings I lost half of my bottom salvia glands and I have no idea how or why it happened . My dental bridge should have been removed at least 12 years ago and when I asked them to remove it . Again they refused. I have lived with this pain in my teeth , gums and burning mouth issues long enough and I cannot live like this much longer . My dentist appointment is the day after tomorrow to begin extractions that could have been prevented if I had been given the proper respect and dental care over the years but I was not .

any amount would help me at this point - before this problem kills me I need dentures!!!
