Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom

My brother just moved to Arizona mostly because his two boys (Michael and Matthew) have Duchenne muscular dystrophy and they love to be outdoors. They bought a home in the Maricopa area so they could have some room for activites, the boys love their 4wheelers. The boys bathroom though is not accessible by wheelchair and Matthew is at the point where he is almost wheelchair bound at all times.  We are going to start the project here in the next few months (I know during the hottest part of the year but it is indoor work).
