Wheelchair Ramp for Mr. Earl

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Ross, you guys know me. My good friend Mr. Earl has been suffering from mobility issues lately. He had a stroke a couple years back, and just doesn't get around as well as he used to. He has a mobility scooter, but no way to get it into and out of his house, limiting his options of where he can reasonably get to, with the way his body and stamina are now. I've got the labor, time and willingness to build him a ramp, but just need a little help to get the materials together.

Mr. Earl means the world to our family, he's quick with a joke and a smile, and has been part of my kids' lives almost since day one. He is a strong community member and has been beading with the Commanche Hunters (Mardi Gras Indians if you're from out of town). Since Hobbes was about 4 he's been teaching Hobbes how to bead. He's gotten too old to do the work himself, but has his most recent suit at Jazz Fest this weekend, if you're out there, look for Mr. Austin Earl and the Commanche Hunters.

Anyway, I'd love to help out Mr. Earl, and allow him some additional mobility and freedom to get out of the house, do some shopping, and be more independent. If you can, drop a few dollars in the hat, and send me a text, so I can keep you updated. I'd love to get this project going ASAP, any additional money raised, I'll give right to Mr. Earl, he's been having a tough time financially lately.
